The objective of a Plant Health Care (PHC) program is to maintain or improve the appearance, vitality and safety of your landscape and trees, using the most cost effective and environmentally sensitive practices and treatments available.
Every home and landscape is unique, so there is no standard PHC program, but all programs share common elements.
The FIRST STEP OF PHC involves inspection and monitoring of tree and shrub health. This allows problems to be detected and managed before they become serious. This may be as simple as an annual visit, or it may involve more frequent quarterly or monthly inspections of all your trees and shrubs. The complexity and frequency is determined by the size and diversity of your particular landscape, your concerns and your goals.
The SECOND STEP OF PHC is a recommended course of action. Based on specific problems or potential problems, The Tree Wise Men will develop solutions. This may be as simple as changing your irrigation schedule, or as complicated as a series and combination of spraying, injections and fertilization.
The THIRD STEP of PHC is educating and informing you, the homeowner, about your options. Open discussions and answering questions are an important element to a successful PHC program. Your concerns are our concerns.
